Special Benefits

Transferability: Excellent investment value with option to transfer membership. The Transfer Fee : RM3,200 for 2 nominees and RM4,500 for 3 nominees. Option to nominee: A Corporate member has the option to change nominee . The Nomination Fee : RM1000.00 per nominee. Option to cover Individual Sports & Leisure Membership: As a Corporate Sports & Leisure Member, you can convert the status of your membership to Individual Membership. This action is subjected to a conversion fee payable to the Company.

Member will only be entitled to use and enjoy the facilities of the Resort upon full payment of the membership fee. Payment by cheque should be in favour of TROPICANA GOLF & COUNTRY RESORT BERHAD. Late payment on membership fee is subject to an interest charge of 12% p.a.

Documents Required for the Processing of Application

Individual
a) Photocopy of applicant's NRIC/passport.
b) Photocopy of marriage certificate (if applicable).
c) Four (4) driving licence-sized photographs of applicant, lawful spouse and lawful children (please indicate names at the back of the photos).
d) Photocopy of lawful children's birth certificate (below 18 years old only).
Note: Polaroid or glossy-surfaced photograph is not suitable.

Corporate
In addition to (a), (b), (c) and (d) above, kindly provide:
a) Memorandum & Articles of Association
b) Letter form Company confirming nomination
c) Company's Resolution
d) Form 24
e) Form 49
