1.1 Course shall be assigned

1.1.1 East 1 crossover to East 2
1.1.2 East 2 crossover to West 3
1.1.3 West 3 crossover to East 1
1.1.4 Night Golfing:
1.1.4.1 East 1 crossover to West 3
1.1.4.2 West 3 crossover to East 1
1.2 All golfers are required to play
as per assigned course and tee-off time. The below
for
men, and 36 & below for ladies (must tee-off
before 2 pm) – weekdays only.management
may amend the course assignment in the event
of renovation or during competition.
2) Handicap
2.1 Limitation of maximum
handicap on weekdays golfing
2.1.1 Men = 36 & below (must
tee-off before 2.29 pm)
2.1.2 Women = 40 & below (must tee-off before 2.29
pm)
2.2 Beginners & Provisional
Handicap
2.2.1 Must be accompanied by
at least one golfer who has established handicap 24 &
below for men, and 36
& below for ladies (must tee-off before 2 pm)
– weekdays only.
2.3 Night golfing, weekends
and public holidays
2.3.1 Men = 24 & below
2.3.2 Women = 30 & below
2.4 Sunday after 5 pm (9 holes)
2.4.1 Provisional Handicap
2.4.2 Must be accompanied by at least one golfer who has
established handicap of 24
and below. The handicap
golfer shall be responsible for the P Handicap golfer.
3) Tee-off Times
Members must strictly follow the registered tee-off time.
3.1 18 holes play (3/4 ball
per flight)
3.1.1 Morning session tee-off
time - 7.15 am to 9.14 am
3.1.2 Course closed for Crossover - 9.21 am to 12.23 pm
3.1.3 Afternoon Session Tee-off time - 12.30 pm to 2.29
pm
3.1.4 Course closed for Crossover - 2.36 pm to 4.41 pm
3.1.5 Night golfing Tee-off time - 4.42 pm to 6.29 pm
3.2 Tee-off procedures after
rain
3.2.1 During Tee-off time session
- Follow booking turn (Registered time).
During crossover clash with tee-off session
- Alternate tee-off, crossover then follow by new registered
flight.
3.3 9 holes play (3/4 ball
per flight)
3.3.1 Must book and observe
tee-off time.
3.3.2 After 5.00 pm, daily at East 2 Course.
3.3.3 Between 4.30 pm to 5.15 pm at the East 1 or west
3 (No priority).
3.4 9 holes play (2 balls
per flight)
3.3.1 Weekdays excluding Public Holidays
at 2nd nine East Course from 5.00 pm to
6.00 pm (No priority).
3.3.2 Saturday and Sunday at
the designated course only after 5.00 pm.
3.5 1 or 2 balls (18 holes)
Weekdays last tee-off
before 2.00 pm.
3.6 9 holes walking course
East 2 - Sunday after
5:00 pm
West 3 - Monday from 7.15 am to
9.15 am
4) Booking Procedure
4.1 Priority to walk-in
4.1.1 Priority shall be given
to the members who booked in person at the golf
registration counter.
4.2 Telephone booking
4.2.1 Starting from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm daily.
4.2.2 Members shall make the booking for themselves.
4.2.3 Produce membership cards or numbers.
4.2.4 No booking on behalf of other members is allowed.
4.2.5 A member is entitled to make only one booking per
session on weekend and
public holidays.
4.3 Junior members (children)
are not allowed to book an individual flight except
when
playing with other
principal members or parents.
4.4 Bookings may be made 7
days in advance.
4.5 Cancellation must be made
24 hours before tee-off time.
4.6 No-show charges
for each flight are RM80.00 +5% debit to the person
making the
booking.
4.7 Club Management reserves the right
to allow the next flight to tee-off for bookings not
taken within ten minutes
of the booked time.
5) Loss of Priority
5.1 Loss of priority in the
event of:
5.1.1 Late crossing
over.
5.1.2 Flight wish to stop at the drink hut for meal
/ drinks shall lose priority to the flight
behind.
5.2 Players must report to the starter
5 minutes before their respective tee-off time failing
which they will lose
priority.
6) Completion of a round / play
6.1 9 holes = 2 hours &
15 minutes
6.2 18 holes = 4 hours & 30 minutes
7) For your golfing pleasure and peace
of mind, as value added service, members are
encouraged to purchase
golf insurance coverage.
8) Please do not litter and keep your
golf course clean.
9) Please observe golf etiquette

> Repair pitch marks > Rake bunkers
